I am a Female Confidence Coach & Mentor, a Social Media Influencer advocating for body confidence and breaking stigma around mental health, and the Founder of ‘The Glow up Project’ which aims to inspire women to understand that the real glow up is an inside job.

In addition to having hosted the BBC 5 Live Podcast Fit & Fearless, I have experience speaking in front of and holding workshops for groups as small as 10 people and as larger as 500 in schools, corporate companies, festivals and events.

I’m passionate about empowering women to unconditionally own themselves, which is something that I like to embody on my social media platforms.
